Refund & Satisfaction Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we stand behind our quality.
- Eligible for replacement or store credit if items arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup
- Photo evidence may be required
Not eligible: Improper storage, missed pickups, or failure to follow handling guidelines.
Delivery & Pickup Policy
- Local delivery within a 40-mile radius of Kearney, Missouri
- Orders delivered frozen, refrigerated, or insulated
- Customers must promptly retrieve deliveries
Pickup
- Available at designated KC metro locations
- Orders must be picked up during scheduled windows
- Missed pickups may result in forfeiture without refund
Food Safety & Handling Disclaimer
- Keep refrigerated below 40°F or frozen at 0°F
- Cook all meats to USDA-recommended temperatures
- Avoid cross-contamination
